Clinical Observetion of Intramural Duodenal Hematoma

Abstract

|
Authors has presented 2 cases of the intramural duodenal hematoma who were treated at the Surg:
Dept. Catholic Medical College and analized its clinical aspect with 3 cases of previous reports. The results are summarized as follow; . 1. 3 of the 5 cases are children under the age of 12 years.
2. All case had traumatic history.
3. Traumatic history and upper G-1 series are beneficial in the diagnosis.
4. Operative treatment with simple evacuation of hematoma is recommended as the choice of treatment
